AAHHH!!!! i want to throw things but that wouldn't go over so well at work. so i am going to bitch here!!!! stupid people drive me nuts. i am working on a program with our counterparts in germany. we have to submit all of our paperwork to our customer by this friday (sept. 12th) for their approval. well in order to do this, i had to send my testing parts to germany so that they could perform one test that we don't have the capabilities to do here in the US. sounds easy enough....send the parts to germany, have them run the test that will take an hour, then send them back so that i can finish the testing. i sent them many emails telling them that they needed to send the parts back right away and i even told them that it was urgent. my mistake was that i didn't tell them that i needed to do more testing......ok but i told them in several emails that i needed that parts back right away. is that not clear enough???? so what happens.....they complete the test (YEAH!), they submit the results to me (YEAH AGAIN!), they get it all done by last friday.....then in our conference call this morning, they tell me that the parts are still sitting in their office.....(shit.....damn.....throw things). when asked why they didn't send them out, the reply was that they didn't know that we had testing that we needed to do after they were done. fine they didn't know that but then they should have been asking why we needed the parts back urgently instead of just sitting on them. so frustrating.......now we might get the parts here by friday sometime.....and the testing that we need to do will take a day. the customer is going to flip. not a good thing.

the most frustrating part is that germany does that to us all the time. the commit to a date and then when they miss it, they think it is no big deal.....they'll get the information to them later. AAHH!!

i think i have a headache now. good thing i have my acupuncture appointment and my relaxation therapy appointment tonight.....i need them both badly.
