on my bus ride to work this morning.....the guy that was sitting next to me decided that we should talk. nothing against the guy but i don't want to talk in the morning, especially someone i don't know. he kept asking me questions....my answers were something along the lines of, uh-huh....really.....no.....uh-huh....etc. plus i was reading my book at the same time. he then struck a bad cord when he started asking about where i work. i told him i worked at Molex. then he asked what they do. i told him they were an engineering firm.....he then asked if i was in marketing. now i don't have a problem if someone were to ask what i do at my company after telling them it is an engineering firm but to assume that i am not an engineer is annoying. he then started telling me all about what he did....back to the uh-huh answers here for me. finally, he asks me if i would be interested in joining him for coffee sometime. are you kidding me!!!! i have shown no interest in this guy at all and he asks me out after a 5 minute conversation. i politely told him that i didn't know him and didn't feel comfortable with that. well that was a mistake because he then tells me that he can give me his phone number so that we can get to know each other. i tell him sorry but i'm not interested. now knowing my luck we will see each other everyday on the bus. he keeps talking to me even after this. that had to be the longest bus ride of my life.
