ok....ok...i know that i said i would try to write more....but then the holidays got in the way. things were pretty good here over the holidays. i am pretty busy at work unfortunately, i am basically helping everyone else out on their programs. i still don't have a program of my own. i take that back...i do have one program that is my own but i am in the slow end of things. the tools that are going to be producing the parts are being built right now so i am on a very slow time for that program. i keep going to my boss and telling him that i am really low on work so then he loans me out to one of the other engineers so i can help them do drawings. i explained to him that i don't mind helping other people out but that i would really like to work on my own program again. he said that he was hoping to get me on a new program at the start of the new year. we'll see.

had a relaxing time over xmas with my family. sometimes it is nice having a small family. holidays are pretty relaxing for me. it's just mom, dad, my sis, me, and our boyfriends. plus we go to visit grandma. she is doing pretty good. she is turning 94 on January 5th. she was so cute. we brought the boys with us to meet our grandma. when we were leaving...she told the boys to take good care of her girls. it made us both cry. the most amazing part is that she has alzheimers. we have to call her grandma really loud a few times before she recognizes us but then she remembers who we are for the rest of our visit.

everyone else is doing fine. bn and i are still doing good. he still amazes me every day.
