so i have been home the last couple days. sinus issues plus my bathroom is being renovated. it's pretty exciting actually. i have been wanting to do this for a while. in a strange way, the water leak from the unit above is a blessing in disguise. he is paying for the water damage part and i am paying for the rest of the changes that i want to make. the only stress was that i had to make all these decisions in a short amount of time. luckily i think it will all be great. the only thing that we have to wait on is the sink. it has to be specially ordered. so it will take about 3 weeks to get it in. so they are going to hook up the old one again until then. another benefit of having this done is that i found out about a slow leak that i had in one of my pipes. so now that is all fixed before i had the same issue that the guy above me had. it was only causing some wetness in the wall right by it. so we caught it early. yeah!!!

i hate sitting here and not being able to get anything done. i really need to watch some anatomy videos for my training but every time i go to do that, they start using the saw and i can't hear it. so i decided to wait on that one. maybe i could read a book for training. we'll see if that happens or not.

anyway....i get to go back to work tomorrow and ben gets to stay home. i'll be very glad when this is all done.
