Just a quick update…looks like the layoffs will be happening this week. Most likely tomorrow. We have a global automotive meeting this afternoon at 3pm…should be interesting. Btw…this is my group. At this point, as long as I am getting 5 months severance, I am hoping that I get laid off. If it is less than that…I am still on the fence.

I was on jury duty last Friday. It was pretty interesting. I sat the courtroom for 8 hours while they picked a jury for a case that will last 8 business days. I wasn’t even questioned but it was pretty interesting to see how the system worked.

Anyway…wish me luck that I get what I want out of the next week.
